When Street Stallions founder James Mullin approached
us in mid-2002, he was looking for a cost effective
way to establish an online presence for his group
as well as a way for the entire group to be able
to connect to one another from
various places across the northeast.
We listened to his wants, desires, and understood
the need to fit a budget. The group wanted a dynamic
members section that allowed them to access information
that pertained to the group including calendars,
votes, and a way to contact other members. They
needed a way to communicate with each other as well
as non-members, so we designed and configured an
easy to use forum that integrates with the site.
We decided to use the classic cherry red associated
with mustangs as the base of the color scheme along
with black and chrome trimmings to accentuate the
site.
The site is driven using an ASP frontend connected
to a database backend. We incorporated a way for
members to update various sections of the site without
needing the knowledge of programming. Using form
driven templates, members can update their profile,
add news, post on the forums, and more.
